This gentle and relaxing mindfulness taster session will help you experience the gardens in an entirely unique way, as well as learn to be ‘in the moment’ and switch off from the stresses of daily life.

An outdoor mindfulness session on the moorlands high above Lake Vyrnwy, travelling in 4x4 vehicles to stunning locations the public are not usually given access to.
We will be incorporating forest bathing, mindful walking and a relaxing mindful picnic, with breathtaking views over the lake.

A guided two-mile mindfulness riverside walk to beautiful Rhiwargor Waterfall, Lake Vyrnwy.
At the halfway point, you will be guided in a stress-relieving visualisation meditation at the foot of one of the most stunning waterfalls in Wales, followed by quiet time on your own to savour the full impact of the waterfall and beautiful surroundings.
The experience will be a complete escape from the hectic demands of our daily lives, giving you time to switch off in one of the most tranquil locations in the country.
